THE PROGRAM

We are animal rescuers ourselves and fully support your efforts. Let us work with you to provide 3 things to your organization:

  1. Great art your donors, adopters, volunteers, employees, supporters, etc. will love – they can choose from thousands of styles
  2. Discounts for them to buy (on top of any other discounts that may be running), and, most importantly,
  3. Funds for your organization.

You will be assigned a unique coupon code for your organization. This coupon will serve as an additional discount (yes, on top of any promotions we are currently running!) for your users, and a % of each sale goes back to the rescue.

We can provide you with the following:

  • Postcards or flyers to insert into adoption or volunteer packs or at events with your unique promo code
  • Copy for you to tweak & use for posting (social, email communications etc.)
  • Promotions from our end
  • Monthly reporting & immediate payments
  • Raffle items or gift certificates for fundraisers

Faqs

The general plan starts with a 10% discount to your followers, adopters, donors, etc. That is on top of any existing promotions that might be running at that time. You will receive 20% of the final sale, outside of shipping and taxes (as those are costs we do not control). Depending on how many of your followers want to purchase, there is no limit. Let’s use an average order of $120 for a larger acrylic art piece. Our average promotions run around 20% off, [although once in a while we do have steeper discounts]. The purchaser gets 10% on top of that. The org gets 20% of the remaining.
The math on this would be as follows:
$120 (before shipping and taxes, if applicable) purchase.
20% off sale = $120-$24 = $96.
An additional org-related 10% would remove another $9.60 off, thus, $96.00-9.60 = $86.40.
The final twenty percent of that sale is $17.28 to the organization.

We have spent years inputting filters and training our AI (Artificial Intelligence) to read them and create artwork from them. The system will also continue to improve the more you and others users utilize it. The outputs are made for high resolution quality for large canvas or poster sized printing, and we can generate high quality images for high quality prints even from a small image of 400 pixels.

We partner with top-notch printers all over, for several reasons. First, to keep costs down and to help minimize shipping delays. Second, to cut down on pollution from excess shipping distances.Third, to expedite shipping routes.

On average, our customized canvases are quality checked, packaged, and shipped out within 3-5 business days .

All orders are fully trackable; you will receive an email with a trackable link following dispatch, or you can check back on our site to track your order.

We may use different packaging depending on the size of the products, as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.

You can receive a monthly payout and report (especially good for ongoing use) and/or a final tally if there is a specific goal-reaching fundraiser. Usually the payouts occur at the middle or end of the following month, so the most you would wait for money would be the following month, depending on how the payout structure & method is setup (e.g. check vs. direct or digital payment). We know that getting the money into your hands to continue to do your good work is of utmost importance.

We can work with you on this instance. Please note that you may wish to consult a CPA as the funds would be issued as a contractual payment in the form of a 1099 receipt from our company, and thus possibly subject to taxation. We do not provide any tax advice or suggestions.
